Our range of Electro zinc coated

Electro Zinc steel (EZ) is a cold-reduced product with a corrosion-resistant zinc coating applied to one or both sides by electro-deposition. The continuous electrolytic coating process covers the steel surface with an exceptionally uniform thickness, which can enhance forming and joining operations.
John Tainton typically purchases EZ products with a coating thickness of 2.5 microns of zinc on each surface, although other coating weights are available.
