Our service centres handle coils up to 15 tonnes in weight. The Combination Decoiling and Blanking Lines use the latest roll feed technology and enable us to achieve an all round dimensional accuracy.

The lines incorporate multi-strand close tolerance blanking and cut to length decoiling facilities enabling us to produce decoiled products to a flatness that is far in excess of the Euronorm standard.

Our Service Centres have decoiling capacity covering the range from 0.4mm-6.0mm in standard widths up to 2000mm wide dependent on product. Please see our Stock Range.

Our decoilers are capable of offering cut length sheets and plates to customers specific requirements.

In addition to decoiling we have the facility to offer multi strand sheared blanks in all products up to a maximum thickness of 3.0mm. At the present time we can achieve guaranteed tolerances up to +/- 0.40mm. However, under the Company's continual investment and improvement programme we will shortly be able to offer tolerances of +/- 0.15mm.
